La Quinta Resort & Club is an original Hollywood hideaway and original Palm Springs area resort since it open December 29th, 1926. It is a semi-private resort with two golf courses designed by Pete Dye in addition to the La Quinta Resort Hotel as well as fine dining, spa facilities, and tennis. The entire Resort area has many extra services which include an active tennis program.
The La Quinta Resort has many types of housing options:

- Los Estados at La Quinta Resort consists of 40 homes on the Mountain Course that do not come on the market very often.
