| Clear the Shelters UPDATE from the Palm Springs Post – August 30th, 2022 and Palm Springs Animal Shelter FB Page Congratulations to you, the community, for stepping up over the weekend to help our four-legged friends. The news: During a three-day push for the nationwide Clear The Shelters event, you adopted 50 animals from the Palm Springs Animal Shelter, including dogs, cats, and Guinea pigs.
Why it matters: Since 2015, Clear the Shelters has helped more than 700,000 pets find new homes. In 2021 alone, the campaign resulted in more than 140,000 pet adoptions and raised more than $500,000. |
